Sheafs can come in any weight desired. The dimensions are 15" x 18", this allows you a better weight distribution which increases your height potential.

All bags are wrapped and double stuffed into heavy duty coffee bean bags.

The bag can be stuffed with either traditional manila rope broken down to allow a tight sheaf, or my "NEW" polypropolene sheaf which is water proof. Only the bag will get wet and hold water if it rains.

There are may different kinds of spikes out there. I find that the 3-bolt works best. They come all the way back to your heel which gives you better support and does not fold in the arch. The bolts are round-top and under your insole you cannot feel them. All hardware comes with each pair of spikes. The tips are sharpened and the angle in the spike allows optimum depth into the ground regardless of the conditions. In addition, the angle spike does not require you to have higher heels added to your boots. I also include instructional mounting directions.
